How we shoot and how long it takes
We shoot with a Matterport Pro3 camera – professional equipment for laser 3D scanning. One operator walks around the club, taking spherical shots every 2–3 meters. A 800 m² fitness club takes approximately 4–5 hours of shooting, including changing rooms, showers, trainer's room, and group exercise area. A 2000 m² club with a pool – one full working day.
We shoot early in the morning before opening or late in the evening so that clients do not appear in the frame. This is a matter of privacy and legal clarity — we always discuss the schedule with the administration.
Next – processing 2–3 business days. You receive a finished virtual tour: navigation points, a measuring ruler (you can check if the equipment will fit), a dollhouse view from above, a floor plan with the layout. Optionally, we add tags with equipment descriptions, short videos of trainers at key points, links to group class schedules, and online booking.
The virtual tour can be hosted in three ways. 360° Space cloud – our high-speed servers with technical support, accessible via a link on any device. Client server – if the club wants full control over the data, we deploy the tour on the client's own infrastructure. Offline version – a standalone build for PC or a separate one for VR headsets; take it to an exhibition, investor presentation, or place it in a franchise showroom, works without internet.
How much does a virtual tour cost for a fitness club
The price depends on the area and complexity of the layout. Guidelines based on our current projects:

Depends on the hosting format. On our cloud – as long as the tariff is extended (usually paid annually). On the client's server – as long as the server itself is running, we only transfer the finished build. The offline version has no expiration date – these are local files that remain with you forever.
Will our clients be in the shot?
No, we shoot before the club opens or after it closes. This is agreed upon in advance with the administration. Only exercise equipment, furniture, and interior remain in the shots – this resolves all issues regarding Federal Law 152 on personal data.
Is the virtual tour suitable for social media and Avito?
Yes, the link is embedded on the website, in the Telegram channel, in the club's card on Yandex Maps and 2GIS. Short 360° videos for reels and stories are cut from the 3D shooting materials — there is no need to order separate video shooting.
